Unfortunately I could only attend the last sessions, as I had bronchitis. I learned a lot and am fired up to make a difference.
I realised that there is still potential in every person that can be developed. This gives me something to work towards. I have shifted tranformationally from wanting to do everything for pupils and wanting to mother them and solve their problems to assisting them to discover their own answers, what is in themselves. A BIG shift for me.
I always got caught up in “the story” and did not coach but gave solutions, I tried to take everyone home and be available on the phone for help. This killed me and I maimed them. From now on I will demand more accountability and help the class to realise that they wasn’t to be successful.
The difference this could make to the learners is that they will learn to solve their own problems.

The most value I got from this training is learning to know myself. I gained new insight and awareness that there is so much more that I can be. I experienced shifting and transforming from being not so motivated to being very motivated. From now on I will look at the learners in a different way. I learnt skills that will support me to understand myself and the learners better. The difference that this could make to my learners is that it could change their lives.
