I gained a better understanding of self and others. This course helped me to determine and draw up a Vision Statement for my life. My favourite Joy Habit is “Responsibility” and my favourite Coaching Toolbox Tool is Personality/Temperament Test. I have new insight and awareness into my strengths and weaknesses. I was unaware all along that I am a natural leader. I experienced a transformational shift during the course from fear that I express through complaining, frustration and giving up to desire, responsibility and I will make sure that I make myself accountable.
I have learned self-awareness that is I have the capacity to observe my thoughts and emotions, reflect, and change them and then act. I have awareness of other people and the environment they are in. From now on this will influence the way I teach.
Understanding the different personality and temperament styles, thinking styles is useful in determining motivation and behaviour of self, learners, others in the workplace and beyond.

The most value I got from this course is the Clean Language Communication methodology and skill and being able to forgive.
My favourite Coaching Tools from the Coaching Toolbox is the Personality and Temperament Test, The Motivational Leaders Self-assessment Test, Physical Awareness questionnaire. My favourite Joy Habits are “Being your Word” and “Being Aware”.
The new insight and awareness of myself I had during the coaching course is that I lack quality friendships in my life and that I feel healthy and energetic. I have experience a transformational shift during the coaching course from being easily annoyed to walking in love.
This will influence my teaching in that I will be patient with my colleagues and learners from now on.
Clean Language is the skill that will help with my interaction with learners.
