The most value I got from the training was in that I learned that coaching is also about developing one’s own strategies and solutions to tackle and manage challenges meaningfully. When one learns new concepts one changes, grows and gains wisdom.
My most favourite tools from the Coaching Toolbox are the Motivational Leadership self-test, Personality and Temperament Test, Emotional Intelligence self-assessment, Brilliant Coaching Questions and Physical Awareness Questionnaire.
I gained new insight and awareness into the knowing that I am a businessperson and have the potential to excel.
The shift of focus I experienced was from academic and theoretical orientated matters to practical business matters.
From now on this will influence the way I teach in that I will bring awareness, intuition and being watchful to a variety of learners from now on.
I learned skills such as Being Accountable, Responsible, Time-Management, Resourcefulness and Problem-solving skills.
The difference this knowledge will bring to my learners is that they will be empowered to up their academic performance to achieve set goals, have confidence and be liberated to express their thoughts and opinions.

The most value I got from the course was the development of self-awareness and also to be able to now help others to achieve greater self-awareness. Understanding personality types is helpful as people are different and everyone has value.
The new insight and awareness I have of myself is the ability I have to create new ideas from a combination of old and new ideas from many different sources.
I have experience a transformational shift during this course from a high level model to strategically find solutions ever in the most challenging of a coaching situation.
I now have acquired effective communication skills and different teaching styles for the different learning styles to bring about change in the learners in class.
My learners now could use all these resources they need to make better changes.
Excellent learner, involvement, clarity of subject matter and excellent presenter!
The course was interesting and we need more workshops.

The most value I got from the Neuro-Coaching Course was the awareness of the importance of listening and the knowledge of how to coach instead of giving advice. I have learned that it is more valuable to uplift within my environment and to be grateful. This will influence the way I teach from now on in that I will listen to get what is concerning the child instead of judging their behaviour. Asking coaching questions will help me with my interaction with the learners, this will result in them trusting me more and opening up more.
The learner involvement was good during this course, the clarity of subject matter excellent and the presenters were excellent.

What is most valuable to me is that the learning I received in the Neuro-Coaching Course can be used in my own life. All the Coaching Tools from the Coaching Toolbox and Joy Habits can be applied to my own life. Being Mindful is my favourite Joy Habit. I have received insight and awareness and enlightenment. I experienced a transformational shift from being unsure and uninformed to self-assured and equipped.
I now see that each learner or person is unique and each person is responsible to find their own solutions. The coaching communication skills I acquired will help with my interaction with learners. I will set a good example.
Excellent learner’s involvement, clarity of subject and excellent presenter.
