The most value I received from the training was that I learnt more about myself through self-evaluation and about my colleagues through observation. I learnt how to tackle sensitive issues with learners.
My favourite tools are the temperament test where I learnt what my strong and weak points are. I have gained new insight and awareness that I have a strong personality and I should not be apologetic about that.
I have experienced a transformation through the coaching course and have shifted from being discouraged about my job and a narrow-minded thinker with a short temper to being a motivated teacher who looks at life through a different lens.

The temperament test helped me to understand my abilities and I discovered I have a visual art ability and this moved me to buy a camera.
I learned about forgiveness and I understood and learnt how to check learner’s ability despite background and behaviour. This has influenced me to respect learners and to influence them to become better citizens.
The most value I have got from the training is to be with and accept what is. The Coaching Course has made our staff get along, to be able to address issues that bother me and appreciate each other’s values and accept each other’s uniqueness. The new insight I have is that I am an introvert. The transformational shift I have experienced is to be free in spirit and not take on others disappointment. The difference this will make to my teaching is that I will remain positive towards the learners, I will no more discourage the learners, and my motive is that they will move forward.
