e most value that I got from the training was what I got about Self-Deception, Learning styles and The Truth.
My Favourite Joy Habits are “Being Compassionate” and “Integrity” and “Vision”. The new insight and awareness of my self was that I have an auditory digital learning style and that is why I do not respond immediately to matters even though other people may want me to. The transformational shift I experienced during the coaching was from giving people solutions for their problems to asking them the right questions so they may find their own solutions for their challenges.
The way it will influence my teaching from now on is to observe my children and their body languages when giving or responding to situations and not to hurry people when expecting a response.
The skills I have learnt are to use Clean Language when communicating to avoid ambiguity or misunderstanding.
The difference this could make to my learners is that they could learn to respond appropriately and look for alternatives in different situations. Not to blame their environment but seek other ways by applying their minds.

The most value I received from this training is the insights. Where I focus is where I go. I now know how to deal with blind spots. As a coach I don’t tell, I ask questions and the coachee comes up with their own solutions.
My favourite Coaching Tools are the Mental and Cognitive awareness test, the Physical Awareness Test, Emotional Intelligence and Learning Styles tests. The skills that will help my interaction with the learners is the ability to assess their learning style and to adapt my teaching so that they get the learning.
The transformational shift I experienced was from focussing on circumstances to now looking at where I am focussing.
The way this awareness will now influence the way I teach is that I now will involve learners. Even when I experience (adverse) circumstances, I will focus on what needs to be done.
I will change my methods of teaching and that change will start with me. I will give time to myself so that I can give what I have to others.
