My favourite Coaching Toolbox and Joy Habits are the Learning Styles Test, Physical Awareness Questionnaire, Emotional Intelligence Self-Assessment, The Stress Test and the Joy Habits of “Being Fully Alive and Steps to Presence”.
The new insights I have are understanding personality that all people have unique strengths and qualities that people should be treated with care and respect.
The transformational shift I have experienced is from thinking negatively about things happening in life to thinking positively.
I have learnt about body language and acquired listening skills and patience. This has influenced the way I teach in that I will listen to understand the learners, to not make conclusions and help them to solve their own problems. Matsedizo Seabi
I value that coaching generally looks forward more than it analyses the past! Before the Coaching Workshop I could not effectively handle learners that I regarded as being stubborn, after the workshop I am able to handle learners with different behaviours through coaching and involving parents.

The most value I got from this training is what you experience when you are completely at peace with this very moment. My favourite Joy habits are Being Aware and Brilliant Coaching Questions.
The transformational shift I have experienced is from being a judging, hopeless, tired communicator to being a new energetic achiever. I will now explore new ways of doing things to bring dreams to reality. I will be able to mediate in conflict situations and have acquired listening skills and awareness of body language. The difference it could make to my learners is that they will copy what I do and apply it and practise it in their lives. I will be aware of the personality types and learning styles of my learners. The value I received from this training is the awareness that individuals are unique and multifaceted and I now have tools from the Coaching Toolbox to address the individual needs. My favourite Coaching Tools are the Personality and Temperament tests, Motivational Leadership Test and the Joy Habits of “A new Way of Being”, “positive words are happiness triggers” and the “4 Steps to Presence”.
I have new insights and awareness of myself such as clarity, direction, focus, peace and am free to get into action. I have shifted from being stuck to being present. I am able to use my all my senses to even “smell” the hidden obstacles of my coachee.
I have acquired skills to read body language and the application of body interpretation in the coaching space. The difference this can make to my learners is that I could raise their self-awareness and their purpose in life. Solomon Mafisa
